Fausto Rinaldi was recommended to us by a neighbour who worked with him a few years ago. We intended to extend the rear of our Edwardian house to make a more modern space for a new kitchen and dining area which would also include a new large patio area extending into the garden.From our first meeting we were impressed by his friendly but professional manner. The subsequent plans he produced managed to also incorporate both a shower room and utility room. This example of the vision he had for our project exceeded all our expectations.
We retained his services to oversee all the building work. It was the best decision we made. He enjoyed a good relationship with the builders and liaised with building control departments to ensure every aspect of the project was completed as we envisioned both on time and within budget. At every stage we had complete confidence in him.

We set up an office in this beautiful period building but our space was so uninspiring. Fausto stripped the space back and recreated a perfect mix of period and vintage with all the functionality of a modern office.
